All right, cool. Take two. My name is Brian Park. I work for BH Properties and I am the Executive Managing Director. BH Properties is a family office based in Los Angeles. We own a little over 10 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and we also have a leased fee portfolio. Our relationship with Yardi goes back to about 30 years. Started off with using Yardi Voyager, um, and have adapted and adopted multiple modules over a period of time. That includes the Elevate Suite, uh, Deal Manager, Construction Manager, Commercial Cafe, Vendor Cafe. We always associated Yardi as an accounting firm, uh, that provided our software needs. But then from there, we started to explore other parts that fits our other business units. Yardi is very integral to our operations, uh, from accounting all the way to asset management and finance. When we integrated deal manager, I thought that was a great, uh, implementation as far as expediting our processes from deal approval to abstracting and just to have a very corporate conversation on whether a deal makes sense. And that process really allowed us to streamline our deal execution. And the same goes with our workflow, utilizing workflow, POs, anything that we can do to automate our real estate operations and processes, uh, really helps our employees just to be more efficient at their job. What I like most about Yardi being a connected solution is just the track record that we have, uh, with Yardi as far as taking a, taking a problem or a deficiency or a need and creating a solution for us. Being able to rely on a partner like Yardi to find innovative ways to help improve job function has been very integral. And our tenure with the company and history for 30 years has been in existence for a reason, is that we haven't been able to find another partner that understands our business and is able to kind of give us creative solutions.
