(board claps) (Ben laughs) (upbeat music) - I was not expecting that part. (logo whooshing) My name is Ben Adams, CP of Program Management at BGO in Delgrino. I've been a Yardi customer for 14, 15 years in total. So quite a long standing relationship with Yardi overall. We have decommissioned or amalgamated a lot of systems down into the Yardi platform. Our previous environment was quite fractured. There was kinda legacy businesses kind of operating the way they did using the technology that best worked for them. This allowed us to take a step back and assess, you know, what's the best for the organization? So we collapsed roughly around 40 different applications across the enterprise, four core ERP systems into a single one as we came into the single Yardi stack. The more that we invest within the Yardi stack, obviously, you know, Yardi in return is seeing that investment and is more willing to work with us as, you know, a true technology partner. Now part of it is also the maturity of, say, the Yardi stack being able to support that, you know, there's less need for niche products out there and we've been able to assemble a larger ecosystem to support a dynamic organization like BGO, right? Because we're not normal, we're not owner operators. We're a CP service provider. We have different mandates, whether it's, you know, the strategy for the funds themselves or third party management through different jurisdictions globally. So that flexibility is really key for us in order for it to be able to service the business and then scale it out across. (logo chimes)
