What is the best part of being a Yardi client? Travis Vokey, I am a Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation for Allied Properties REIT, uh, based in Canada. We're primarily a commercial REIT office space, a little bit of retail. We have about 200 properties across Canada and the major cities. We're well known for having the kind of class I properties, bricks and beam, as well as more traditional spaces. We're an owner operator, so we've got a diverse team, from accountants to the building operators and property managers, etc. Um, so sometimes when you start rolling that out, you don't know what your reaction's going to be. But the nice thing that we've found is the simplicity of this platform. The end user experience has been quite good. And once they've understood how to get into one module, they start understanding the rest of it. As I say to, you know, my colleagues when they're looking for new solutions, if I can meet 80 percent or more with a Yardi solution, we're going to stop talking. Because it's there, right? Some of the projects that we've done that have allowed us to streamline and find more automation, we've onboarded some of the accounts payable platforms, um, so even Yardi Energy Services. Having been on other real estate ERPs, just having that standardization has been really helpful. The big, big advantage is the integrations. Um, having a lot of applications that, you know, can touch different areas of the business and not worrying about a failed integration. We don't have that issue at all. Yardi manages it really well. The way Yardi has set it up. Um, We, we've got a great team that, from Yardi that supports us. If we're looking at a certain product, they're very quick to bring in the experts across the business. And so I think that's, that's great for what we're doing. And then when we give that feedback, they, uh, they take it, you know, very seriously, they track it all. They track our requests, they get back to us. Yardi's done a great job of listening to us and they start putting it as a roadmap. The best part of being a Yardi client is knowing that, uh, there's always other competitors that are coming around, whether it's a small prop tech startup, et cetera, and although it's a large organization. They're looking at the ecosystem holistically and trying to solve the major problems. And then you have that confidence of, you know you're on the best platform. Having been on the other ones, you know that, like, this is best in class.
