I am Samuel Lopez, director of Yardi Systems at Pinrose Management Company out of Philadelphia. You know, our compliance team sees the benefits of it. I just having that additional help from the Yardi Rightsource team, uh, the communication has been, you know, stellar. Uh, the fact that you can go into the Rightsource system and look at when the compliance auditor, you know, had their findings made any communications, but also our team members communicating back and forth with them and just the, like the white glove, um, service. You know, we have weekly calls since we've, you know, started this whole RIF source path. And we have our account manager from rightsource going into those calls, working with our team members, helping them out, doing mentorship, you know, for them. And, and, and we can see where, you know, we can see a great future, uh, with our portfolios and just how we're growing as a company. 'cause we are growing fast. So we are using Rent Cafe with, uh, rightsource, uh, and, you know, we did transition to the leading practice workflow. Just make it easier for the hot mat changes that are, are continuing to change, but, uh, but also just helping us, um, just streamline the process. And of course, there's always a learning curve, right? And, and just people getting used to something different. Uh, but the good thing is, you know, we have good, positive, uh, folks in our team that like the challenge, like to work hard and just utilize the system and then at the same time help those who are struggling see the benefits from it, man.
