- I do really enjoy the relationship I have with Yardi, especially the Yardi support team. I don't think our software and our company would work without them there to constantly tell me how to fix the things that we broke. (light gentle music) I'm Kevin Moore. I'm with ACF Property Management. I'm the director of IT. (light gentle music continues) Prior to jumping into Retail Manager, we were using another product that was separated out and just having that disconnection of data and having to duplicate it and enter it in or finding other ways to automate that process was always pretty janky. We started to take looks at what else was out there, and we ultimately decided that Yardi was the one to go with because having the single stack, having everything kind of integrated and all be part of the same database, it just makes it a lot easier, a lot less to worry about. It's much faster than trying to build new connections or APIs with other softwares that aren't already part of that stack. Also, we've got, you know, the support staff with Yardi. They do a lot of handholding, and they really help us kind of figure out how all these different pieces fit together. That's what brought us into Retail Manager. We actually got to beta test that one, which was awesome because it had everything that the prior program had, plus the ability to kind of seal deals, and then immediately push them into Voyager 7 Core. (light gentle music continues) The Yardi support team is amazing. I always wanna make sure I give them plenty of props. (light music) (graphics whooshing)
