Based on feedback from clients and members of the National Yardi Affordable User Group (NYAUG), Voyager 6.0.06 now includes new features in the areas of qualification workflow, income limits, utility allowance changes, LIHTC interfaces, and HOME compliance and Rural Development Section 515 compliance. Improvements have also been made in the areas of executive dashboard performance and gross rent change functions, as well as consolidated and HAP receipt processing. “These improvements, particularly the addition of HOME and Rural Development compliance features, reflect Yardi’s commitment to the affordable housing market,” said Mark Livanec, Director, Affordable Housing and PHA Sales, Yardi Systems. “They complete the product suite and enable us to offer the most comprehensive browser-based system available on the market today,” he continued.
