Yardi’s learning management platform offers an updated learning experience for users employed by public housing agencies

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 21, 2023 – Public Housing Agencies that use Yardi Aspire for staff training have access to a set of newly designed courses and learning plans that promise big benefits.

Key to the refreshed PHA course offering is a new engagement engine that focuses on each user’s learning experience. Training content and learning plans are also now easier to navigate, which means learners will be able to find coursework and quickly solve challenges as they arise.

“We redesigned this training content with the goal of making PHA professionals feel confident as they use our software. That confidence will come from being able to efficiently decide which courses are most important given their current work situation. Ultimately, we expect these changes to make our PHA users more proficient with Yardi software and better able to deliver housing resources in the communities they serve,” said Patty Evans, industry principal for Yardi®.

Aspire developers restructured the courses and learning plans to closely match the successful model used by Yardi’s Professional Services Group. PSG consultants are typically called in to streamline the most complex PHA processes and procedures as they implement Yardi services and solutions.

PHAs that use Yardi software can easily add Yardi Aspire and access all of the new training content by contacting their sales representative. If your PHA is not a Yardi client, schedule a free demonstration of the Yardi PHA Suite, including Yardi Aspire, by calling (800) 866-1144.
