SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 28, 2017 — With the theme “NOI to the Max,” this year’s NAA Maximize Multifamily Asset Management Conference will take place October 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, Texas. Maximize is the apartment housing industry’s sole conference focused on asset management and creating long-term value for multifamily portfolios. The event brings together industry-leading speakers and asset management professionals.

Ron Brock, Jr., industry principal of Yardi® Matrix, and Tim Reardon, director of revenue management for Bridge Property Management, will lead the educational session “Don’t Leave Occupancy Behind: Identifying the Truly Important Measures” with panelists Sarah Wieckowicz, vice president of revenue management at AMLI, and Jim Kjolhede, president of Satteron Enterprises.

The session will deliver expert insights on how business intelligence can transform revenue management through access to advanced metrics.
