Client Central Updates
A lot has happened this year already! Of course, we had our usual 1099 processing, Tax Credit/HOME Annual Reporting deadlines and RD Budget deadlines to comply with, and we also made a few changes to our support channels, added new training options, and Client Central received a huge facelift!
Below you will find a few highlights that we would like to share:
Contacting Support: For immediate support, clients can call our live support teams at 1-800-866-1124 and be transferred to the appropriate team or Account Manager. The other channel for contacting support is located within the new Client Central. My Yardi and Client Central have merged and users no longer need to keep up with multiple logins. Clients can now view their cases quickly, add screenshots of the issue, and review resolutions.
Additional updates to Client Central include:
- Ability to review case activity reports
- Request new licenses and addendums
- See current Unit Balance
