Time-consuming creation of static content
Prior to adopting Aspire, the company curated their own training content, which required a significant time investment. They also had other training content from a previous LMS provider that couldn’t be edited or customized to match their learning needs, and staff had to constantly edit courses to include the latest system updates and changes.

WRH’s use of other Yardi solutions enabled a seamless adoption of Aspire and easy content accessibility. “Leveraging built-in content lets us concentrate more on fine-tuning and enhancing the overall learning experience for our teams,” said Katie Dunlavy, director of training & development for WRH Realty Services LLC.
She added, “Aspire allowed us to shift our training focus from upkeep to optimization. And with the training we need directly integrated into the Yardi software, we don’t have to worry about manually updating content with each new release. It’s done automatically.”
