Streamlined navigation, smarter dashboards
The new Voyager Senior Housing navigation is designed by action, so it’s more intuitive. For all job roles, it’s much easier to navigate, find what you need and complete tasks.
New Community Manager dashboard

With clean visuals and intuitive filters, the Community Manager Dashboard helps team members stay focused and proactive. Get a centralized view of your property’s operations, including occupancy, open tasks and alerts. The dashboard includes tiles for today’s tasks, resident activities, resident status, open accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, and unit statistics.
Quick links make it easy to jump to common actions like viewing residents, adding charges, adding receipts, adding purchase orders, adding work orders and viewing vendors.
Get to other Senior Living Suite tools & back again
With smoother transitions between modules, it’s easy to get quick access to RentCafe Senior CRM and Yardi EHR tools, reports and communications.
For example, you can easily navigate to payment processing to manage invoices, then return to Senior CRM. Need to review a move-in assessment? Just switch to Yardi EHR and pick up right where you left off.
You can save dashboards as favorites and quickly find them again, no matter what module they’re in.
Resident snapshot & profile overview

Access all essential resident information in one place. This includes future and past services, move-in history, care notes and contacts. Attached documents for the residents all show up here, no matter where they were added. For example, you’ll see the lease and status of the move-in checklist from Senior CRM and all documents from Yardi EHR.
The new resident snapshot brings context to every interaction and supports personalized service.
Powerful new accounting features
The upgrades also include changes that make it easier to accomplish senior living accounting tasks:
- Split service charges among multiple payers when there are different responsible parties
- Track a move-out accounting KPI that flags when specific accounting tasks need to be performed when residents move out
- Simplify accounts receivable workflows with improved AR segment setup, usability and reporting
- Move individual transactions between statement periods when changes are needed
