Yardi Sub-Processors
Yardi uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing various services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Yardi who agrees to receive personal data from Yardi intended for processing activities to be carried out (1) on behalf of Yardi clients; (2) in accordance with Yardi client instructions; and (3) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Yardi and the sub-processor that in particular imposes obligations to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of data protection law as appropriate.
Yardi maintains an updated list of the names and locations of all sub-processors. This list is below, or you can obtain additional information by contacting [email protected].
