Jeff Bischoff is awarded 40 Under 40

Pacific Coast Business Times adds new leaders to 2026 list

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 25, 2025 – Yardi® congratulates Jeff Bischoff, vice president of sales for affordable and public housing, on his selection to the 2026 40 Under 40 list by Pacific Coast Business Times. The recognition honors rising leaders under 40 in the real estate technology industry. Bischoff credits much of his success to his time on the Cal Poly SLO football team, where he built the work ethic and team-building skills he later brought to his career at Yardi.

Jeff started with Yardi in 2012 and has advanced through a series of promotions on his way to vice president. He is motivated by his commitment to his clients and the success of the teams he leads.

Outside of work, Jeff is a proud father of five who values the balance he’s built between his professional career and home life.
