- My name is Efe Miller. I work for a company called Phipps, affordable Housing in New York. (soft music) Technology certainly helps making construction development faster, enabling, you know, systems to operate and manage the construction, but it also helps us streamline compliance, applications, and lease renewals and moving away from the manual, repetitive day-to-day tasks. Instead of using multiple different systems and managing multiple vendors, Yardi is a great ERP system cloud that we go from marketing up to lease renewals for our tenants. It's very streamlined, very efficient, and just one system that does all. What we do is, you know, we take the data from Yardi, we manipulate the data, and we do visualization with Power BI. It really helped us making a data-driven decision when it comes to leadership for, you know, reducing costs, increasing profit. We are making better business decisions based on the data we're seeing in real time. I have two team members who were doing the reports. They were spending six, seven hours a week. Now they don't. We have the real time Power BI data and we allocated them for other tasks.
