The price is good, the service is great, and the product is a big time saver. I'm Greg Conover. I'm the president of the Simon Conover Company and Conover Residential Corporation. For us, it was a no-brainer. We were already a Yardi Voyager user. We have been looking at ways to cut down on the work that our property managers need to do as it relates to billing and management of our utilities. So being able to hand it off to a team that does exclusively that was a real benefit for us. Yardi support has been excellent. Starting from the proposal to the install, the meters arrive on-site. We have contact with the Yardi team if any issues come up. When meters go down or there are any problems with readings, they're extremely responsive. It's really been a great experience. I would say the biggest thing for us as it relates to utility billing is it's saving our team time. We're getting accurate billing each month. We're easily able to show tenants what their bill is and where the number comes from, and it's all done quickly and seamlessly with Yardi Voyager. So the charges end up immediately on the tenant ledger. We really don't have to think about it or spend time typing those in. We've been able to work together with Yardi's compliance team to make sure that we're in compliance with whatever state and local laws there are related to utility billing. That saved us time, and in some cases, enabled us to charge administrative fees or match billing procedures up with applicable law. Yardi's utility billing product has been fantastic for us. We have some properties where we were managing 50, 60, 70 bills a month. We were doing that in-house, receiving the bills, reviewing the bills, scanning, and coding them for payment, and all of that is now being done somewhere else. We've been able to make our staff more efficient, put their time toward more important items, and we've gotten added accuracy out of the process. I would say that Yardi utility billing has saved time, created more accuracy in our accounts payable process, and seamlessly integrated with Yardi Voyager in a way that is extremely beneficial to our company. I would recommend Yardi sub-metering services, and I have recommended them. Our management portfolio is about half self-owned and managed and half as a third-party manager for other developers, and I've recommended Yardi in every case to those developers. The price is good, the service is great, and the product is a big time saver.
