- Utilizing Yardi helps, you know, empower, how useful it is, how easy it is. It provides us a continuum from when residents initially inquire going into the CRM and then the billing, and then showing up in our side of the EHR. The flow of the information just makes it seamless for our teams. (bright music) I'm Sarah Padilla. I'm the VP of Health Services at SRG Senior Living. When I joined SRG, Yardi was already implemented. It had been in place for about two years, and so over the course of the last four years, we have added additional modules, the Yardi eMAR module, and so everything is a one stop shop, so that has made it hugely efficient for our teams not to have to try to manage some data's here, some data's there. Having the data accessible, when we used paper-based documents, whether it was service plan that sat in an office, and so now our staff carry tablets through Carestream, they can document, so they can pull up any information right where they are in a resident's apartment or in a hallway. Yardi HR allows us to build in, can be specific to our company requirements or goals. So whether it's a custom report or certain functionality that we want to turn on, being able to do that for the numerous states that we operate in allows us to make sure that we're compliant and it eliminates that duplicity. Over the last two years, we've definitely improved our incident reporting. We have several dashboards that we utilize, so being able to look at a consortium of data to be able to say what's happening in the community helps us identify that we may have a pattern or a trend happening to be able to address it. Two other companies that may be on the decision making path, I think is a huge benefit. (bright music)
