The team at Reach was really incredible right from the get go. They guided us through the entire process with weekly check-ins. They really took the bulk of the workload off of our team and managed 90% of it internally. So overall, we were really happy with the process. My name is Shannon Morgan and I am the residential marketing manager at One Properties working with One Properties. We have a vast commercial, industrial, and residential portfolio spread across Canada. We have five residential communities that we manage, so it's just over 2000 suites. With our five communities, we had five different property websites and they had all been brought on by different people, and we just really felt we were lacking consistency and we wanted to kind of lock down that one variable of things we can control. The primary goals when we redesigned the sites was just to have a really user friendly, key conversion focused call to actions when people landed on the site. And so Reach worked with us to achieve that. They could do it affordably, they did it quickly, and they just put our minds at ease that, yeah, this isn't a problem. We actually have some fantastic new templates you can work off of. You can customize them. We have added technological enhancements, we have chat bots, you know, online scheduling. They took most of the workload right off our plate. They took most of the information from the old sites and were able to transfer it over. So yeah, we were just really happy from start to finish. Our experience with Reach has really set us up for success. The overall feedback has been really, really positive. Our metrics tell the story. You've seen conversions improve from anywhere from 8% up to 130% of people landing on the site to booking a tour. So for us, it's been really great. I would encourage anyone thinking of updating their websites to call Reach. They're there to assist.
