We run a pretty full stack on Yardi. I feel like the vendor partnership is very valuable, and it's a true vendor partnership. You know, that's been a buzz word around the industry for some time. But any time that you can work with the software developers and the designers to give it input on exactly what your business dates, what you and your business needs to be successful, there's just such a benefit in that collaboration. They know that we're pushing the team to advance the products and to really elevate what's being offered. I know there's a ton of individuals at Yardi that we work with, that we can really have that same one on one personal relationship with as well as like a working relationship. So that's just been fantastic. We go all the way back to 1994. We have it easy because it's all in Yardi. So one platform, all in Yardi. We've been using it already for almost 21 years. The entire portfolio is using Yardi in some way or shape. So every property we have is very unique and special. The best service. So we really run all our properties with a very high standards. So you hardly team is already thinking about it. We're able to get a lot of functions in one system. The main thing is the company's vision, and goals, which matches very much with our company. I started with Yardi back in 2003. When it comes to it, it's a software, I think, to be a successful company. You have to stay with the software. You have to make the trends. The way the workflow is built, it is pretty seamless. So it's easy. It's an easy process. It's all integrated. It's excellent. All the information is is stored in one place. We have such a great relationship. I have loved seeing all of the different pieces and parts and everything that Yardi has done. We love Yardi so I'm with with where I'm at now in my life. I'm going to be a Yardi user until I retire. So.
