Yardi has helped us stay ahead. It really does give you the competitive edge. I am Leslie Henry, I'm the Senior Vice President for Strategic Solutions and Development for Towne Properties. We have just under 20,000 multifamily units, close to a million square feet in commercial properties and up close to 140,000 association doors for our homeowners and condo associations as well as recreational facilities. We realized really early on if we didn't grow and we didn't continue to learn, we would die. Technology didn't slow down. We learned really fast that we just needed to stay on top of it and to continue to learn and continue to take everything that we could and embrace it. Staying in front of it gave us the competitive edge with everybody else. There's such great support at Yardi that if you don't understand something, you can ask those questions and you can really get involved in it. People that are high up in Yardi will listen to us and say, what are your suggestions? Where does this work in your workflow? And things have changed and they've evolved over the years and it's exceptional that we've been able to have a part in that. And I think Yardi is gonna continue to grow. Every time I think there's, you guys can't come up with a new product. You find something, and it's the same thing with us. When I started, we were under 10,000 units. We're pushing 20,000 now, we're just gonna continue to grow together.
