For them, it was just like, boop. Yeah. My name is Carrie Bakke and I am the Senior Systems Analyst at The Lund Company. When we chose Aspire, we were previously using a third party company for our compliance courses, Fair Housing, Preventing Harassment, those types of courses. And when we learned about Aspire, we learned that not only were those courses available, but also hundreds of additional courses on the Yardi products that we were already using without us having to create anything custom. So that was primarily the reason we chose Aspire. It's one of the most user friendly programs that we use. It is very easy to create a custom course if needed and the Aspire team is also amazing. We've actually attended YAS courses where someone had an idea about something and there was literally a uh, programmer in the room making changes to Aspire as it was being discussed, so that team's been really great to work with and that's not necessarily why we chose it, but it's a reason that we like to continue using it. We are constantly having updated content because as new products come out, then new courses are loaded in Aspire. And all we have to do is adjust, uh, our learning plan, the list of courses that are assigned to our users with any new courses that they need. And we assign those to all of our new hires when they come on and have an allotted amount of time that they kind of learn gradually. We've had to create a few custom courses where we have specific workflows set up that we wanted the course to be more specific to how we use the program. But in general, we, we really haven't needed a lot of customization. I really have only heard, um, that everybody thinks it's user friendly. It's, it's definitely easier to use than the previous, um, third party provider that we had. The other benefit that we really like about it is events. So, not necessarily our end users, but our admin teams and our trainer team really like being able to track attendance of training events. And keep track of who has taken what training, so I think that's been a really big benefit.
