I just. I just realized that I supposed to be repeating the questions too. Aaron Strole, I'm the owner of Capital Asset Management. We use the P2P so we can scan in all our invoices. We even have our payments going out automatically. So we just click a button and that's one thing that really change. I mean, everybody started working remotely, right? We have a hybrid office now. And we said we're printing out, you know, thousands of checks every single month. Well, how do you do that when you're at home? How do you print out a check? And I looked at people just stuffing envelopes and and doing stamps. And so we did a whole analysis on that. How much does it cost us to do. And now our accounts can be anywhere, anytime they click a button and they're just going out 100 payments. And so things like that and being able to go through that quickly, being able to adapt quickly. Yardi has helped us a lot with our with our technology and our hybrid workplace. I think the big shift for us to where the people. So when we started looking at how do we attract people, how do we retain people? And you're looking at the younger generation come in. And Covid changed a lot of things, right? A lot of people retired. We're trying to bring in young talent. They want to see those latest systems. Right. And we want to show that we're able to do those technologies. We want to be a company that we're not doing redundant tasks. We're not doing those mundane things. We want Yardi. We want to outsource some of those basic activities to Yardi. And it also and the people that we're trying to bring in, we want them thinking about the property, right? So we want them to say, how can we make this property a better property? How can we make it financially better? How can we improve in a way? How can we make our client happier? Instead of saying, how do I stuff envelopes all day long? I think the difference for us was the user interface at that time. So, we were looking at, you know, hey, when you pulled up MRIs like all these different screens coming up, and where is that menu? And Yardi was very simple, like clear menus. And here's where it is and how you use it. And I think that even translates over to now Voyager 8. So we're starting to migrate over to some of the Voyager 8. But the interface is becoming more modern, more easy. You know, some of the dashboards are great, where, you know, we're using the collections dashboard now and it just has like, great, oh, here you're at risk. And what, you know, what they owe and a lot more information and easier to put in notes and things like that. So that interface is, is definitely, a big part of it for us. Everybody had their own spreadsheet. Right. And like this owner had his this property had theirs. And how do you train for that? How do you review all those different kinds of spreadsheets? How do you get any kind of consistency? So that was a big factor as we adopted forecast manager of saying, hey, this is our process and this is how we're going to make this work better for us. As everybody gets trained on this and understand how it works, we can spend less time understanding all the different spreadsheets out there and making sure all the numbers are right. And, more time just thinking about, once again, that property because I think of the budget is the plan for the property. What are we doing for this client? How are we improving this property over time? And and what's our plan, whether it's asphalt or roof or whatever it is, make sure we're taking care of those things and spend less time on all that, like the numbers and making sure all the formulas are working. I think the biggest part for us on that CommercialCafe, the visibility to our tenants to be able to see their statements, be able to see the history, be able to see their with their payments they made. And then they asked us less questions and then the control as well. So they, they had full control of like, oh, I can sign up for auto pay myself and they can sign up for all that stuff and they can use a credit card, they can use the bank account, they can pull in, you know, in multiple different ways. So one of the things we realized for people that weren't signing up is they were worried that they had to then reach out to if they want to stop making those automatic payments, that a reach out to our department to do that. But now they have control.
