I am Samuel Lopez, director of Yardi Systems at Pinrose Management Company out of Philadelphia. We have properties in northeast, southeast, Southwest. We're starting to look at, uh, Midwest, uh, like Denver, and we work with the PHA out of Philadelphia, New Jersey, DC and Georgia Housing Authority. Uh, so really, really expanding and, and growing our, our portfolio with, with all the different programs that the industry has to offer. Every department is fully integrated with Yardi from our accounting department to our cons, you know, development, department compliance, and of course operations. Everybody is constantly in the system, uh, using it in different ways. So you have a manager that is just going through the leasing process, especially those properties that have affordable cafe and, and or just regular straight rent cafe. So we do have properties using Revenue IQ and using, uh, CRM Flex and these properties, you know, from start to finish, from like that first communication through all the way to moving, they're constantly in the system. And that's what we tell 'em. You shouldn't have to do anything manually. And if you, and if you're doing something manually, let us know. Uh, we're in a time where everything should be digitized. And of course, you know, we have to also understand that we have HUD and all these different agencies that kind of slowed that pace down, but we're not letting that slow us down. So every single department is using it. We've also even, um, started grabbing our data and, and started doing more reporting through other means. Put it in a way that is great for investors, our owners, uh, and even our, our, you know, executive and seeing, you know, real time, um, benefits and what's going on At my property, I was looking at, you know, what's going on with our, our payment processing. And you can see when we started how, and, and we have two lines showing us, you know, the process and like midway through you could see an X cross where it went from a lot of paper to now the, uh, online aspect going high, which is that's what we want, especially in, in, in states that, you know, you have a lot of like snow storms. We don't want our residents to have to go outside and, and, you know, go to a store when they could do this in the comfort of their own home. So yeah, definitely you walk in and it's yy, yy, yy.
