I am Samuel Lopez, director of Yardi Systems at Pinrose Management Company out of Philadelphia. Seeing where things are going over budget and, and just having the marketplace quickly do an electronic invoice, send it out, have our managers or our regionals approve that and within that same day, depending on the time, get it shipped and the next day when we have your order. So that's been great, you know, and we continue to add other vendors into the marketplace portal, uh, and everybody sees the benefits of it, you know, sees how, um, streamlined that process is, uh, which goes with what we're trying to do, which is have a, like a one stop shop, um, mentality. Why go to different areas where you can kind of do everything in one place? If it works, it works. When we first started, it had one vendor for our offices, supplies, supplies, and immediately we saw a difference because before there was no guards. You have people buying a $50 stapler with the marketplace and us being able to lock things down and, and just show our, our pricing taught our team this can do the same thing as this $50 one. There's been a lot of cost savings, uh, throughout our entire portfolio.
