Hi, I'm Chris Voss, vice President of Affordable Sales here at Yardi Systems. The compliance manager was developed with really three things in mind. The first was to design a software where it would be intuitive from the moment you turned on the program. The menu is reflective of the programs that the property has. We've built workflows that guide our site teams through processes like voucher processing for somebody that's brand new in affordable housing, the concept of like what is a voucher, let alone voucher processing, is one that has a very steep learning curve to be helpful to help our clients overcome that. What we have done is walk them through in a step by step process where as they complete each step, they get a confirmation checkbox letting them proceed to the next. It means that they don't have to spend as much time hunting through the program to figure out what they need to do. And if they run into trouble, we have integrated Aspire E-Learning. If they're in a moment saying, golly, I don't know what I need to do to post my rent in hat, they can click on the help that's integrated inside of the software and get that just in time learning that 32nd vignette of training that gives them the information they need to say, okay, I've got it and I can move, move forward. The second thing that we look at in compliance Manager is how can we deliver to our site teams the information that they need so that they can make decisions quicker? And how we do that and deliver that is through a dynamic dashboard with Compliance Manager. The dashboard provided to our site teams is dynamically generated, again, based on the programs associated and the work that they need to perform. So they can see real time where they are in getting recertifications completed. They can see real time where they are in leasing the asset and completing the move in process to get new households in. They can see where they are real time, where they are with the property delinquency and who they need to follow up with to say, golly, you know what? We need to get your rent payment in here. And they can see real time where they are, where they are with maintenance requests and inspections and all of the, the asset management health of the property and having all of this available where then they can see in a color coded manner the health of the property and the things that they need to bring attention to first allows them at the end of every day to effectively see that the dashboard has continue to evolve, that they can see that they have completed their activities and they can rest assured that as they go back to their homes that evening, that the property remains in good steward. And so for us, that's something that is absolutely crucial. And having all of that in one place where one click gets you to the activity, to the function, to the report that you need to, uh, have to be successful as a site team member is, is crucial. Um, and then the third is the integration. So many of our clients have said, you know, I love the fact that I have Rent Cafe affordable to better serve my community. And I love the fact that I've got rightsource to support my teams, but I don't like the idea that I have to go to all of these different screens. So if Compliance Manager has brought together all of our different platforms into one space, and in doing so integrated directly into the workflows that we have established for helping a household move into the community or to complete their recertification process, a site team member can see real time on their dashboard. All of the people that may have applied for their community overnight, they can see right on their screen exactly where that household has left off in their certification process through Rent Cafe. And the same is also true with Rightsource. That built into the process. Now in Compliance Manager, you have the compliance check where you're able to see that when you are at the place of ready to send that file to Rightsource for review and approval. You can see right inside of the screen what was the response? Was the file approved or were there findings that need to be resolved? You can communicate directly with your Rightsource auditing team. And that's really just incredibly powerful because with that transparency, it gives our site teams the information and the access they need to be able to complete their work quicker, which goes to everything that we're trying to do, which is helping our clients to have households get qualified faster, get moved in sooner, and ultimately have a better experience at your properties.
