- We have been a Yardi client for a long time. We love all of our Yardi products and wherever we can bring in their technology, we're going to do that. (upbeat music) Hi, my name is Cindy Fisher. I'm the president of Kettler. Kettler's been in the industry for almost 50 years. We are a developer, investor, investment manager, as well as an operator. Screening and fraud protection is critical to our day-to-day leasing activities and we all were faced with a lot of challenges with this in the post pandemic period. We stepped back and we looked at, you know, what is the current process? What are we using for our screening practices? What are we doing for fraud prevention? We needed to look at how do we get document verification, income verification. We found our teams were spending a lot of time trying to get those verifications themselves. We need to get back to the applicant and move them through that process. If it is full of friction, it causes just such a negative experience for the applicant and our prospects. Yardi was bringing forward ways for us to do this with their products advancing in this area. We get to move through that application process more quickly and ultimately drive for that occupancy we're looking for in all of our buildings. Delinquency is a primary key performance indicator for screening works pro, we actually measured what that looked like before we implemented Yardi and what does delinquency look like after, and we saw an improvement of less delinquency, less eviction, and we also saw improvement in collections. And this is only over the last, you know, three months. So very successful product, easy to implement, and the results and the benefit were immediate. (upbeat music continues)
