- My name is Meg Tibbs. I am the Senior Vice President of Property Management Enablement with Dominium. We are a national affordable housing company. We own and manage about 40,000 units from coast to coast. We are primarily low-income housing tax credit, but we do have some project-based Section 8, some Section 811 local programs, and a very small percentage of market rate homes as well. (bright music) Yardi has streamlined a lot of things for us. You've got 200 community managers across 200 properties, and the fact that we have one basic system that we can use just really makes things consistent and makes it more efficient for everybody. (bright music continues) We have a large population of senior housing, and our seniors tend to have multiple bank accounts in multiple different, you know, places, lots of asset accounts, and it could take anywhere from two weeks to 45 days to verify all of the assets across our senior properties prior to verification services. (bright music continues) Dominium is going to make applying for an affordable housing apartment as easy as applying for a conventional one with Yardi verification services. We were such a paper-based process prior to the launching of verification services. And so really the back and forth with the applicant to get what we needed was a significant pain point and really contributed to the process taking a very long time. With verification services, every single time you're gonna get the exact pay stub information you need, you're gonna get the exact asset information that you need and not have to go back and forth, which is hugely convenient and saves a bunch of time both for the applicant and the site.
