I am Jamie Vehicles and I serve as the Chief Transformation Officer for Goldmark Property Management. We didn't have any method of Id verify other than the site teams manually verifying. So that was a new feature that we added. Verification of income was please provide us paper copies and we'll manually verify income and exchange emails if we needed to with um, our support teams. So those are two features that have really helped because I believe our hit rate on the work number is about 50%. Um, and for, ID verify the stats, the last time I looked at it was we, um, divert one potential fraudster a day. So that's pretty alarming when we weren't tracking that at all before. Um, so the addition of those two services has, um, really benefited our business.
