Generate jobs. You like that? Oh yeah. Perfect. My name is Quintin King. I'm the president, CEO, and principal of Brightwater. But we operate in the U.S. and Canada. What we do is we have a few properties of both north and south of the border. But one of the properties we have is in Henderson, Nevada, a very independent living community just outside of Las Vegas that we're very proud to, that operates under Yardi. Yardi does basically the Senior IQ is the main purpose of it, but it also does all of our, what's the best way all of our property management and financial accounting, but primarily Senior IQ is the driver they see on the front end of it. Love the most out of Senior IQ is the immediate access to the dashboard, the graphical views and trending of the dashboards for each one of the communities, whether it's one community or whether it's a portfolio as a whole. I don't have to worry about different systems and talking back and forth to work with different providers. Fully integrated system. As much as some people will be concerned, that's not the best of breed of a product. It's really, really functionally good to keep the system moving along because it all works well together. One right after another and the information flows directly through. I would spend, you know, hours instead of days, and I can get it. You really into the moment of minutes. Sometimes I can just pull out if it's already there. So I really would say a number of days. The Rent Cafe and the CRM have, been a huge benefit for us because we've automated it through Yardi rather than manual. We are easily able to move people from prospect to or inquire to prospect to future all the way and to move in. The speed with, with this CRM and, they have done for us is probably move this up probably 2 to 3 days on average. And the main reason around that is because everything that was manual was always sitting in email queues and in boxes versus now it's all in the system. It just goes in and moves one right after another. Transparency and accessibility for our families to access our statements. That feature is probably the best in the CRM. Just the Rent Cafe function.
