My name is Tanya Ballard. I'm the director of sales enablement for Harmony Senior Services. Our assets with Yardi are currently, the Voyager senior living, senior CRM. And then we also use Yardi aspire and senior IQ. So a big trend we've seen recently in this, this area as everything is digitally focused and more of a I need it now type thing. So currently rolling out the leasing portion of Yardi, just so that we can update on our end, we don't have to worry about paper copies floating around. We actually used Yardi and we stepped back and went to a third party. So the challenges with that third party were, of course, you don't have everything in one system, so we had to go to external sources to bring data in. Because we did still use some Yardi products. But there were huge data inconsistencies and lack of verification of the data being put in the system. So now that we have integrated back to Yardi and we're in the full Yardi suite, we don't have to go out to external sources. The lifecycle of the resident comes into Yardi and it stays in Yardi. And it has made us more efficient and is easier for the community as a whole. If I need to pull a report, everything's right here for me to run. I can clearly run the report, whereas if I'm using someone outside of the system, I have to go export that data and then import it back in. And there could be data inconsistencies from one system to the next. Whereas in Yardi, if you use the full system, everything flows. All the data feeds from senior CRM where the prospect comes in over to the clinical side, over to the billing side, and it just makes the process smooth. It's been very beneficial for our team. Our staff's experience using Yardi, because we do have the full suite with the sales side and the financial side. I do touch a little bit of all of those, but the feedback that I hear, the sales side, they love having the the data tools and the reporting right there at their hand. They can see the lifecycle. They can see the sources that are working best for them and that kind of thing. On the financial side, we can see the, you know, actual versus recommended billing. So we're coming straight from clinical, the assessment over to the billing side so we can while we're giving the resident the care they need, we can also make sure that we're billing appropriately. And it just flows seamlessly. So I've heard really good feedback. The fact that we can now look at this visually appealing dashboard and see the data displayed in a way that makes sense to most people. It's a great tool and it's easily accessible daily. You can have reports emailed out, you know, the users don't even have to log in. Users that don't have access can still get these reports emailed to them. My favorite dashboard and senior IQ is a sales dashboard that we had built, customized for us. I support the sales side of the business, so it gives me all of the sales statistics that I need. We have set up that just the data report and senior IQ. So I can easily go in there and pull the data right from there. It exports into a clean file and then I can use it for our internal reporting. But I do love that sales dashboard. And I refer to it all the time. I have worked with Yardi as a client for seven years, and just seeing the amount of support Yardi has put into our company and the patients they have given us, because our company did step away and go to third party. I want people to understand the importance of keeping everything together, and I will always fight for that in our company. Every time they mentioned a third party, I'm willing to fight for that, to keep everything where it needs to be. Just so that it's easier for us.
