I am Joanie Williams, Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Watercrest Senior Living Group. We've built 16 ground up development communities in four states, and we love what we do and we love taking care of seniors, even to the point where my own dad is in our Watercrest Winter Park Community up in Orlando. When we started Watercrest in 2012, the first contract I signed was with Yardi. There's huge value because everything talks to one another, everything's integrated. I mean, basically from the minute a resident became a lead, when they were a prospect, all that information is entered at that time. There's more and more information as they learn more about the prospect, but then once they move in, it's all in there. So it, and it goes to each module and everything. So it's just a no-brainer. For people to be spending time creating reports, means that they're not taking care of residents, or they're not taking care of their associates, or they're not hiring people, or they're not giving experiences, which is what we call tours. So the benefit is very significant to our residents because all the time that they might otherwise have our, our staff spending on reporting or inputting data or whatever, or inputting invoices or coding invoices or all the stuff that, that they don't have to do now is all time that they could be spending, making a better experience for our residents and our associates. My conclusion about Yardi is if you wanna have your people spend the most time doing people things and taking care of residents and taking care of associates, then you need a system like Yardi. That gives people the most freedom to spend the time doing the things that they need to do and not inputting and reporting and data entry and all those other things.
