I'm the Chief Information Officer for the Lund Company, Cushman, and Wakefield. My name is Carre Bakke and I am the Senior Systems Analyst at the Lund Company. Lund Company, we have about 20, 000 units on the multifamily side. But we're a service brokerage, we also have just under 4 million square feet of commercial. When we started using Yardi, we did use the system for work orders, but in general, a lot of our inspections and even some work orders were all done from paper. That portion alone was wasting a lot of time just walking back and forth, especially for our big properties. And we didn't have a really good way of reporting on these things, but once the new app came out, I mean, it's like you having everything in one app, having the ability to do all of their turns, all of their inspections, you know, all of their work orders, that product alone has made probably the biggest impact on operations. We decided that when we rolled it out, we didn't want the instruction and the training to come from someone like me in our IT department. But if somebody they respect on their end, right, says, 'Hey guys, you know, here's how it works. Here's what it's going to do for you. Here's how it's going to make your job easier.' And they trust them, that's how you get adoption, that's how you get buy in. So we actually worked with a group of strong maintenance technicians and got their feedback. We had them test the product. That was the smartest decision we made in the implementation was having their peers involved in the training and in the rollout. There are so many different products for different aspects of property management. That we can use as one big system with a single sign on. All of the products that we've worked with Yardi have come to that point where we do feel they are best of breed. It's definitely something that gives us the competitive advantage because we have that. We are able to work with Yardi, the features that we're looking for, right? The enhancements that we're looking for, the usability that we're looking for, we're able to influence that process and we actually get a better product for us than had we just gone with a third party. Anywhere from what our leasing agents do, to what our accountants do, to what our maintenance technicians do, they're all using some aspect of a Yardi product and it all seamlessly integrates together.
