Qatar based, Waseef has selected Yardi Voyager as its property management and accounting platform
Hong Kong – October 2010 – Yardi Systems, one of the leading developers of software for investment, asset and property management announces that Qatar based, Waseef has selected Yardi Voyager™ as its property management and accounting platform.
Waseef is a subsidiary of the Barwa Real Estate Group which is one of the largest real estate property developers in Qatar. The company was established with the aim of delivering high quality service under one roof to its customers, facilitating contracting and maintaining Barwa assets in a sustainable and profitable manner.
With the era of “one stop shop” and fully integrated Property, facility and consultancy management services portfolio the challenge was to find a single software vendor whose solution could handle the needs associated with commercial assets in the retail and office space as well as their residential apartments.
Waseef selected Yardi Voyager for their property management and accounting requirements as Voyager’s integrated platform and single database solution uniquely manages and consolidates property data to provide a more scalable and effective service platform.
Yardi also provides hosting services to Waseef through its Application Service Provider (ASP). With ASP, Yardi serves and maintains the Voyager application and database for Waseef from its data center. Yardi assumes responsibility for all application updates, network security, hardware, bandwidth and infrastructure, allowing Waseef to focus on its principal business.
