Yardi launches Smart AP for Breeze Premier clients

Free AI-powered invoice automation now available with built-in OCR

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Oct. 29, 2025 – Yardi® has announced the North American release of Yardi® Smart AP, an AI-powered invoice processing tool now included with Yardi Breeze Premier® at no additional cost. Built with artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR), Smart AP helps property managers replace manual processes and go fully paperless.

How it works: Vendors email invoices directly to a designated inbox. Smart AP scans each file, uses OCR to extract key data, and applies AI to match and validate invoice details. The extracted data is imported into Breeze Premier within minutes, where users can review, approve and post, all within one connected platform. With no third-party tools required, teams gain faster, more accurate payables while eliminating the need for printing, scanning or rekeying.
