Simplified selects Yardi to centralize property and construction operations

Multifamily firm unifies management, project tracking and resident services on a single connected platform

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 15, 2025 – Yardi® announced today that Simplified Management, a developer, owner, operator and fee manager of multifamily properties based in Lowell, Massachusetts, has chosen Yardi to centralize its property management, construction oversight and resident services within one connected platform. Simplified manages about 1,400 units across primarily market rate communities with a small number of affordable units.

The company sought a modern, scalable system that could support both day-to-day property management and its substantial renovation and construction activity. Simplified identified an opportunity to streamline its processes by moving from multiple separate programs to a single, integrated technology foundation that connects project cost data, change orders, invoices and property-level information.

Simplified also valued Yardi’s approach as a privately held, family run organization with a focus on long term client support and responsible technology decisions. Examples include initiatives that reduce friction and simplify payments for residents.
