Industry veteran Jeff Bischoff named Yardi vice president of affordable housing & PHA sales

New leadership reinforces Yardi’s commitment to housing innovation

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 27, 2026 — Yardi® announced the promotion of Jeff Bischoff to vice president of Affordable Housing and PHA sales, based in Santa Barbara, California. In his new role, Jeff will continue to lead strategic growth initiatives and strengthen relationships with affordable housing providers and public housing authorities across the country.

Jeff has been with Yardi for over 14 years, spending much of his tenure leading PHA sales efforts. He has played a pivotal role in expanding Yardi’s affordable housing client base and supporting significant unit growth over the past decade. His leadership also drove Yardi’s emergency rental, utility and mortgage assistance initiatives during COVID-19, helping distribute over $4 billion in assistance.

As vice president of affordable housing and PHA sales, Jeff will focus on advancing sales strategy, supporting client success and helping clients leverage technology to meet their operational and compliance needs.
