The benefits
The array of Yardi Aspire learning resources, including interactive dashboards and robust reporting, helps Cushman & Wakefield meet the diverse onboarding and training needs of its worldwide workforce.
The company
Cushman & Wakefield is a global leader in real estate services, leveraging specialized expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value to owners and occupiers. In 2024, the company generated $9.4 billion in revenue from its property services including leasing, capital markets and valuation.
The challenge
Scaling global training without sacrificing flexibility
Operating across multiple regions with distinct cultures and learning requirements, Cushman & Wakefield needed a training and policy management solution that could adapt to local needs while supporting consistent global standards. The complexities associated with onboarding personnel during new client transitions and conducting annual policy and procedure training for thousands of staff members prompted the company to seek a centralized, scalable solution.
The solution
Yardi Aspire
Cushman & Wakefield implemented Yardi Aspire, an enterprise learning management solution that maintains consistent training standards across regions while allowing flexibility for local adaptation.
The story
Consistent, high-quality training
The company uses customizable learning plans to design structured, role-based training and policy acknowledgements throughout their employee’s career. This ensures new team members receive the right content at the right time — no matter their location or time zone.
“Using embedded content authoring tools, our team can tailor materials to reflect regional regulations and cultural nuances while maintaining global consistency,” said Brian Fisher, director of transitions and training for Cushman & Wakefield.
Through self-paced courses, live webinars and mobile-first access to policies and other internal resources, Aspire enables Cushman & Wakefield to deliver consistent, high-quality training at scale. All materials are stored centrally in the Aspire platform. One-click links to training and policies strategically embedded within the Yardi software gives employees convenient, on-demand access to the information they need to perform effectively.
Aspire equips supervisors with real-time visibility into team progress, making it easier to coach employees and maintain accountability. At the same time, leadership can monitor training completion and compliance across the organization through high-level reporting dashboards.
Training with global resonance
Aspire gives Cushman & Wakefield the flexibility to create personalized, role-based and client-specific learning plans that integrate virtual courses, live webinars, policies, forms and other training resources. This approach enables them to “deliver training at scale while maintaining a personalized experience”, Fisher said.
Stronger compliance enforcement
Cushman & Wakefield relies on Aspire for its annual policy and procedure training. Esignature functionality ensures that every new staff member acknowledges critical tasks from the company’s policy and procedure manual immediately upon onboarding.
Evolving with their needs
Aspire enables Cushman & Wakefield to align training with organizational and role‑specific needs through structured learning pathways and accessible development resources. This foundation ensures that employees receive the right training at the right time, supporting consistency and quality across the organization.
Looking ahead, the Cushman & Wakefield team is eager to build on this momentum by exploring additional capabilities within Aspire. “We’re especially excited about the potential of AI‑driven course development, which promises to make content creation faster and more agile. With so many powerful features already in place and more innovation on the horizon, we’re confident that our partnership with Yardi Aspire will continue to elevate our global training strategy for years to come,” Fisher said.
