Um, clap. Should I repeat that question? No, That's The exception to, Hi, I am Nathan McCaulay. I am, uh, chief Technology Officer of Avenue Living well. I'm responsible for everything, it both strategy and tactical. Um, I lead the groups of infrastructure, cybersecurity applications and support. So the assets we run on Yardi are multifamily and commercial. What we've implemented so far is Aspire Voyager, S Elevate Mobile Maintenance and Inspections. Our plans for the future are to implement the tenant portal, prospect portal, and CRM. Sometimes It's, it's really simple math as this person saves this, uh, many hours a day, times, uh, you know, this much money per hour and, and this is what we might save there. But we really try to keep a, a backlog of problems that we have, trying to quantify them and then refine that list regularly with our business to figure out, okay, which problem do we need to solve next? So we look at Yardi and, and Voyager as some of our core functionality from a technology lens. It's cloud-based, which allows people to log in from anywhere, from any device. That integration of data allows us to spin things up a lot quicker. You know, in, in this era of cybersecurity, uh, it's a secure solution. So it has single sign on capabilities, role-based access that allows us to give people access to certain things at certain times, um, and also audit that access as well. Howe already helps us eliminate redundant tasks and simplify workflows is by the data sharing across the many modules that it has. What we wanna ask our, uh, employees is to enter the data once so that we can use it multiple times. The finance people will definitely love it in how they do AP and ar and use the workflows and use some of the automation there. We have a geographically dispersed staff and being able to look at their information on their phone at any time and update that information for people back in the, uh, the regional offices or the centralized offices has given us a lot of insight into that process. The ability to integrate data and have data at everybody's fingertips, both at an operational level, but also to, um, to give to our data and analysis team to, to provide insights to our operation. Our experience with Yardi, they've really met us where we operate. So we operate in an agile manner, uh, as a technology team, and that's not, uh, too common for, for a team that doesn't do software development. So we have our Yardi, uh, support team, um, involved in that process. Um, and then we have an account management team that is always up for our crazy ideas and our crazy questions, uh, which is really helpful. And, and again, looking at our problems and, and trying to find the best solution. We're Looking to digitize a lot of our processes to gather information as closely as the customer or closely between employees as we can. So we're gonna be looking to digitize a lot more processes over time and get them outta spreadsheets, out of piece, pieces of paper, out of people's heads, and into a database that we can gain insights from.
