Yardi Genesis2 for Affordable Housing includes property management, accounting, and subsidy compliance

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Aug. 16, 2016 – Yardi announces the release of Yardi Genesis2 for Affordable Housing, a web-based property management solution customized for owners and managers of small to mid-size affordable housing portfolios. The new product adds affordable housing compliance to the Yardi Genesis2 platform.

Yardi Genesis2 for Affordable Housing integrates with Yardi’s solutions for payment processing, paperless affordable housing applications, resident screening and more. “Genesis2 grows with our clients’ technology needs. For a minimal investment, our clients can create a platform capable of expansion with additional Yardi services,” said Dowen.

Kentucky affordable housing provider Southcreek Management Company is impressed with the new software.
