SANTA BARBARA, Calif., April 13, 2017 – The COMMERCIALCafé™ Tenant app from Yardi® is now available for Android and iPhone devices from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, respectively. COMMERCIALCafé Tenant is a free downloadable app version of COMMERCIALCafé, which delivers dynamic corporate and property websites and a self-service portal for tenants to make lease payments and enter maintenance requests and retail sales data online.
COMMERCIALCafé Tenant allows tenants of office, industrial and retail properties to view lease documents, make payments and submit and track maintenance requests from their mobile device, enhancing the tenant experience and their ability to effortlessly communicate with property managers.
