SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 19, 2025 – Rooney Property Management has selected Yardi^® to modernize operations and enhance service across its 1,058 multifamily units in Wisconsin and Colorado. The company is transitioning to a full Yardi ecosystem by 2026.

To support this timeline, Rooney licensed a comprehensive suite of Yardi solutions, including tools for property management, online leasing and marketing, customer relationship management, AI-powered chat, revenue optimization and end-to-end procurement.

Their new platform will centralize property management, automate procurement, streamline leasing and provide digitally driven experiences for prospects and residents. The implementation will be especially transformative for Rooney’s Wisconsin properties and its corporate office, where teams will be adopting Yardi for the first time. Staff at the company’s Colorado property, who have prior exposure to Yardi, will help accelerate adoption and operational alignment.
