Leading property software platform will enable GLA Management’s 5 million square feet expansion into multiple real estate offerings
KUWAIT CITY, July 14, 2016 – GLA Management, the real estate management branch of the Tamdeen Group, will adopt Yardi Voyager® 7S, a mobile, cloud-based system, as its new lease and property management platform, along with products from the Yardi Commercial Suite™.
GLA Management will implement Yardi Voyager to manage the property and financial aspects of its five retail malls and other real estate assets in Kuwait.
The company will also implement Yardi Commercial LeasingPad™, which combines contact and prospect management with portfolio analytics and business intelligence; Yardi Fixed Assets™, which will enable GLA Management to record and monitor multiple asset types together with depreciation; Yardi Inventory Control™, which will give GLA Management complete physical and financial control over inventory across multiple locations; and Yardi Inspection™, which will help GLA Management monitor the fit out process, with the option to enter data into Yardi Voyager from smartphones or tablets.
