RENTCafé Affordable Housing makes applications and rent payments paperless

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., April 19, 2016 – Affordable housing provider Community Housing Initiatives Inc. (CHI) is digitizing and mobilizing its leasing process and resident services. To do this, CHI is using RENTCafé® Affordable Housing™, a marketing platform that includes online applications, compliance and resident services.
