Atkins becomes Vice President, Affordable Housing and PHA Sales
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., December 15, 2014 — Respected industry leader Boone Atkins brings his 20 years of industry experience to Yardi as the new Vice President of Affordable Housing and PHA Sales.

Atkins is focused on continuing Yardi’s advocacy for Affordable and Public Housing real estate software, building on existing relationships and reaching out to new organizations. His past experience includes overseeing process improvements and technology integration for real estate clients at consulting firms Ernst & Young and RealFoundations. He also developed a strong property management background by driving growth and streamlining operations while holding executive positions at CompassRock Real Estate and Milestone Management. He will continue the strong commitment to technology innovation that he demonstrated in these positions.

Atkins replaces outgoing Vice President Mark Livanec, who has been with Yardi for more than 16 years. Livanec will continue with Yardi in a consulting capacity. He will also remain active in the industry, serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the NAHMA Educational Foundation. Livanec and Atkins will work together on this transition during the final weeks of December.
