With Yardi Verification Services, Dominium gets verified data from payroll and financial institutions, removing the need for staff to collect and confirm the accuracy of submitted paper documents. Dominium’s average application processing time is now reduced from roughly 30 days to 12 days, and Dominium expects that to continue to decrease as more sites adopt Verification Services. Its site teams now focus more on resident relationships and less on administrative work.
