Though Yardi’s solutions were in place before Kevin Moore, director of IT, joined over 12 years ago, he’s seen firsthand how the collaboration has deepened over time.
“We ultimately chose Yardi because they had everything built in,” explained Moore. Other systems required multiple APIs and custom integrations that often broke under pressure. With Yardi’s unified platform, ACF has gained a reliable, single source of truth, that keeps every piece of data in one secure, connected system.
