SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Dec. 5, 2013 – Yardi announced today that innovative new asset management tools for providing better tenant and resident service are available to property managers with Yardi Advanced Maintenance™.
Yardi Advanced Maintenance is a comprehensive asset management software suite built into the browser-agnostic Yardi Voyager® software-as-a-service property management and accounting platform. Property managers can schedule, track and manage all preventative, routine and emergency maintenance from desktops or mobile devices. Yardi Advanced Maintenance automatically tracks and records technicians’ maintenance actions in Yardi Voyager, eliminating labor and potential errors associated with duplicate data entry. Yardi Advanced Maintenance includes Maintenance Manager Mobile, which enables maintenance managers to easily track technician location and status, dispatch work orders and monitor productivity from an Android™ tablet or iPad®. With this mobile capability, technicians receive their work orders much faster resulting in more rapid responses, and personnel resources are maximized.
Clients that adopt Yardi Advanced Maintenance receive additional products for managing assets at no extra cost, including Yardi Inspection™, Yardi Fixed Assets™ and Yardi Inventory Control™.
