Yardi Adds Two J.D. Edwards Converts to Commercial Sales Team

SANTA BARBARA, CA, August 16, 2006 — Yardi is pleased to announce the hiring of industry veterans Alex Stanton and Kim Jones, both formerly of J.D. Edwards, to the global commercial solutions sales team.

With over 18 years of technology experience as a Technology Solution Director, Stanton joins Yardi from J.D. Edwards, where he focused primarily on technology solutions within the real estate industry for 10 years. There, he also played a pivotal role in helping customers understand how their application suites fit into IBM and Microsoft technology frameworks.

More recently, Alex spent 2 years at SAP where he worked with customers and prospects to architect their global application strategies as related to their business drivers, combined with existing and potential investments. Both he and Kim Jones will report to Alan James, leader of the Commercial Solutions Sales team, and will focus on aggressive growth strategy for the commercial market.

Alex is looking forward to being a key resource in Yardi’s aggressive growth strategy for tier-one accounts. “Joining Yardi gives me the opportunity to develop technology blueprints specifically for customers within the real estate industry,” he says. “My broad exposure to technology solutions ensures customers are getting the best solution to drive their businesses. Edwards property management software to tier-one clients, and 3 years experience with Jonas & Erickson property management software, Jones has a comprehensive understanding of market solutions available across the board.

The addition of both Stanton and Jones reinforces Yardi’s commitment to build a world-class commercial sales team. The team is important to the company’s overall strategy and is expected to help dramatically increase Yardi’s presence in the global commercial real estate market within the next twelve months.
