Via VENDORCafé, vendors can upload required documents to register for approved vendor status; property managers can review and onboard approved vendors through its management portal. Once approved, vendors can view all properties and companies on the same platform, with transparency into the status of every purchase order, invoice and payment. Property managers can easily process invoices and make vendor payments electronically.
