SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., April 4, 2011 – Yardi announced today that The Graham Companies have selected Yardi Voyager™ as the new property management and accounting platform for their commercial and residential assets.
During a recent internal performance review, The Graham Companies concluded that managing an increasingly diverse portfolio that includes commercial and residential properties, golf and spa resorts, hotels and farming operations required a new platform that would provide them more flexibility.
“We have 500 commercial tenants and every lease is different, so Voyager’s ability to accommodate all the various terms is very attractive to us.
