Mobile-enabled property management platform will improve resident services at developer’s apartment communities.
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Oct. 27, 2015 – Apartment developer DMG Management Group initially became a Yardi® client in 2011 to improve its internal operations with accurate reporting and real-time access to comprehensive operational and financial information. Changes in the multifamily marketplace recently prompted DMG Management Group to upgrade its technology again. She added, “Another feature of Genesis2 that we like is the ability to upload standard letters and print them for all residents, which decreases the manual labor our staff spends on routine communication with residents.”
